I know, I know, it’s not 10.  I love Matt’s care-freeness and child-likeness. And I really like it when he gets angry. I have a big spot in my heart for 9 and 10 (they were my first Doctors), but Matt just seems to make me enjoy the character more. And, bow ties are cool.
